The open-concept main floor flows seamlessly between the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room — ideal for meals, conversation, and relaxing together. For even more flexibility, there’s a second living room in the finished basement, giving your group plenty of space to spread out, watch movies, or let the kids have their own hangout zone. All three private bedrooms are located upstairs for peace and quiet. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: Queen bed + Full bed (sleeps 4) Bedroom 2: Luxurious King bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: Cozy Queen bed (sleeps 2) Every bed has a brand-new mattress and fresh linens. A full bathroom is conveniently located on the bedroom level. Extra guests? There are two couches perfect for additional sleeping space. Perfect for big families, friend groups, or multi-generational trips — this home is designed for comfort, privacy, and making memories together! ◆Kitchen◆ Use the kitchen to make your favorite home-cooked meal, or the dining room (6 spots!) to order-in from one of the many great eats in town. Any rudeness, property damage, or excessive noise will not be tolerated and may be grounds for termination of your stay and immediate departure from the house. ***See Airbnb policy here: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/3345 ---Smoking--- Absolutely NO smoking/vaping inside the house. Additional fees/costs will be applied to any signs of smoking/vaping inside the house, butts that are not properly disposed of such as being left in the yard, and related rule violations. ---Pets--- Up to 2 pets are allowed but must be announced prior to arrival. We charge a non refundable pet fee of $150. Just as you would with children or drunk friends, please watch them, clean up after them, and be a respectable and realistic pet owner. This means bringing a kennel for your dog if they need one, using the gates provided to section off areas of the home the dog may not do well in when left alone, cleaning up accidents in a timely and thorough manner, not letting them destroy property such as chewing on furniture or digging holes, and picking up their poop from the yard, etc…..you get the idea. Dogs must be leashed at all times while outside. If you instead choose to violate these rules you will be charged additional fees (see paragraph below). We love being able to make our home as pet friendly as possible, so please help us be able to keep it this way. We had a very relaxing stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and there were nearby parks to walk to with our dog. The location is close to everything. Just what we wanted! We really enjoyed our visit.

First time staying in the St. Paul area. This home is situated on a quiet culdesac with the front door only steps away from the driveway which made it easier for loading and unloading. The interior was fun, clean, and we stayed for several days. We cooked and made it our home for the extended weekend and it was perfect. Would recommend.

This is a nice space for a family wanting to meet and share cooking/eating and playing games togather. My daughter and grandchildren live nearby, so when we visit, this is much nicer than a hotel and we can all get together. My favorites, Aldi and Target are nearby, as is a park. The owner responds quickly.

The location was awesome for getting around the Twin Cities it’s a super location. Relatively quick and easy to get onto the interstate. The home was exceptionally clean! Everything about it was clean! It was a cozy home.

The four of us had a wonderful girl’s weekend celebrating my sister’s 60th birthday. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Alex responded with in minutes to answer any questions we had. The house was very clean and cozy. Beds were very comfy. We went to Stillwater one day which was only a quick 20 min drive. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay! Everything was great. Loved that each guest got different color towels, easy to keep separate. Loved the themed rooms. Beds were very comfortable and all had very soft bedding. Very very clean house!
